Camp Siloam is the sole owner of the information collected on its web site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

Camp Siloam will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. In the case of registration for a camp event, visitors’ information will be used to make preparations for the event, such as meal planning, housing, team assignments, injury; spiritual decisions information for future communication and encouragement; future targeted marketing of relevant events; and to process financial transactions. In the case of employment applications, the camp will use the information provided to make decisions in the hiring process and communications with applicants. Camp Siloam will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than your local church, the Arkansas Baptist State Convention, the Southern Baptist Convention, and the International Mission Board as necessary to fulfill your request.

Unless you ask us not to, Camp Siloam may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

Data Retention

Camp Siloam shall retain visitors’ data as long as is necessary to comply with local, state and federal laws. With the exception of medical information, the Camp may retain any data indefinitely, for the purposes of aggregating data to obtain useful information relevant to the operation of the Camp, for marketing purposes, and to contact previous and future attendees, donors, employees and volunteers concerning their involvement in camp or any issue, event or concern relating to their involvement in camp. The Camp shall retain liability waivers indefinitely. The Camp shall delete medical information related to an individual within 2 weeks after an event has finished, provided the individual is not registered for any future events.
